Maintenance
- Our vendors can handle most any repair.
- Owners are contacted prior to repair work over a $ amount set by them
- We provide quarterly preventive maintenance checks
Owner Payments and Statements
- Distribution check are mailed monthly
- Monthly statement showing income and expenses are mailed monthly
- We pay all bills relating to the property except mortgages and ad valorem taxes
Turn Service
- Conduct comprehensive Move-in and Move-out inspections to ensure lease compliance
- Get your unit(s) move-in ready for new tenant(s)
- Refund security deposits based on Move-out inspection report and tenant account history
